How can I get a receipt for my washing or drying cycle?
Before using our launderettes, you will see an option to receive your receipt by email on the screen. If you don’t see the email option or accidentally select the wrong one, our customer service team can provide you with a receipt.

Our self-service launderettes feature a payment terminal that enables secure contactless payment via NFC using a debit or credit card or your smartphone wallet. You can also insert your card in the terminal to pay for your laundry. Most of our machines accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How much does it cost to dry my laundry in a Wash.ME?
The cost for 15 minutes of drying is €3.50 for an 18 kg capacity. We recommend selecting a drying programme based on your type and amount of laundry, as 15 minutes might not be enough sufficient to dry your load.
