Do I have to wait until the end of the wash cycle?
Once your wash cycle runs at the Wash.ME self-service launderette, you can finish your chores at your leisure. Activate the “SMS Alert” option (free service) to be notified a few minutes before the end of your cycle. You are also free to wait for your wash programme to finish by staying near the laundrette.
How do I collect my laundry at the end of the cycle?
Once the washing is complete, a sound signal indicates you can retrieve your laundry. Turn the handle on the door and pull on it to access your laundry.
How do I use a Wash.ME washing machine?

Drying my laundry with Wash.ME

How do I use a Wash.ME dryer?

What is the capacity of Wash.ME dryers?
Our dryers have a capacity of 18 kg, allowing you to dry large quantities of laundry or large items. For optimal drying, we recommend cycles of 30 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on the type of laundry, its weight, and the heat cycle chosen.
What kind of laundry can I put in a Wash.ME dryer?
Please note that it is strictly forbidden to dry dirty or greasy clothes, as there is a fire risk.
How much does it cost to dry my laundry in a Wash.ME?
The cost for 15 minutes of drying is €3.50 for an 18 kg capacity. We recommend selecting a drying programme based on your type and amount of laundry, as 15 minutes might not be enough sufficient to dry your load.
How long does a drying cycle last?
Our drying time ranges from 15 minutes and 90 minutes. Your drying cycle time will depend on the laundry’s material and weight. Do not hesitate to consult our laundry tips to become an expert.
Do I have to wait until the end of the drying cycle?
Unlike the washing machines in our launderettes, our dryers don’t have a security mechanism. The door can be opened at any time. We recommend staying near the laundry machine and only opening the door at the end of your drying programme to ensure it is as effective as possible.
What should I do once my drying cycle is finished?
Once your drying programme is finished, you can collect your laundry. Make sure you have not forgotten anything inside.

Safety of the Wash.ME machines

Can my laundry be stolen if I am not present?
However, we recommend you stay around the machine while your laundry is dried, as the dryers can be opened during the drying cycle.
What is the maximum load for Wash.ME dryers?
Wash.ME dryers have a maximum capacity of 18kg. Please do not exceed the machine’s indicated limit on the door for optimal performance and user safety.

Can I claim a refund if I have problems using Wash.ME?
