What should I do if the washing machine stops during the cycle?
You notice that the washing machine has stopped during the cycle. Press START to restart your programme if this is due to a power cut. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Care team through the ME Group Ireland Help Centre or at (01) 457 2121.

To dry your wet laundry, insert it into the dryer machine and close the door. Then go to the payment counter to select your programme, temperature and finalise your payment before returning to the machine to start your programme.
