What should I do when my payment fails at a Wash.ME launderette?
If payment fails at one of our laundry kiosks, there is no need to worry. Please contact our customer care team if you have been charged and the transaction is no longer in your “pending transactions”.

Most of our machines are equipped with a paper printer to print out your bank receipt. You also have the option of receiving your receipt by e-mail. The machine will display a message if there are no more paper receipts available.
